TraksPaks can send email or browser notifications when emails are read and links are clicked. You can enable various notifications in the settings.

Instant Browser (Push) Notifications for First Email Read

When an email is first read, a browser notification may be shown. There are some limitations: the feature may not work in Microsoft browsers, and the notification may not appear if the browser is closed at the time of reading.
